New crowd flow system for the Pitbull concert at Mežaparks
To ensure a smoother and more convenient entry into the event grounds, a new crowd flow system will be introduced for the Pitbull concert at Mežaparks Great Bandstand on 29 July. Visitors will be directed along one of two routes – A or B – helping to reduce queues at the entrances. The designated route will be indicated on each concert ticket.
As the concert is completely sold out and will be attended by more than 40,000 people, visitors will be divided between the two routes to ensure a more efficient entry process and avoid long queues at the gates.
Each ticket holder’s designated entrance route will be shown on their ticket. Organisers therefore encourage all visitors to check this information before travelling to the concert. Upon arriving at Mežaparks, visitors should follow the signs directing them to route A or B, as indicated on their ticket, rather than choosing the nearest or most familiar entrance.
Concertgoers are encouraged to arrive in good time, have their tickets ready for scanning and follow the signs displayed throughout the venue, as well as the instructions provided by event staff. Organisers remind visitors that choosing the wrong entrance may delay entry to the concert. This should be taken into account when planning arrival times and the journey to the Mežaparks Grand Stage grounds.
Pitbull will perform at Mežaparks Great Bandstand on 29 July as part of his “I’m Back” world tour. The show is completely sold out and will welcome more than 40,000 visitors from across the Baltic states and other European countries. American rapper and producer Lil Jon will appear as the special guest.
Due to the exceptionally high demand for the concert, organisers remind fans not to purchase tickets through classified advertisements, social media or other unverified sales channels, as there is a significant risk of receiving counterfeit or invalid tickets. All tickets will be scanned electronically at the entrance, meaning that invalid tickets will be identified immediately.
Further practical information regarding attendance at the concert will be announced one week before the event.
