Frequently Asked Questions
Can I exchange my tickets?
SIA Biļešu Serviss PLG, acting as an intermediary, exchanges tickets only with the permission of the event organizer. Ticket exchanges are carried out within events organized by the same organizer no later than 3 working days before the start of the event.
Can I resell my tickets?
SIA Biļešu Serviss PLG buys back tickets only with the permission of the event organizer and in cases where a corresponding agreement has been concluded with the organizer. Generally, ticket buybacks (if the organizer has entered into an appropriate agreement with Biļešu Serviss PLG) take place when the event has been cancelled, the event date or time has changed, or the content of the event has changed significantly to such an extent that it can reasonably be assumed that the ticket buyer would not have purchased a ticket for the changed event.Ticket buybacks in cases where the ticket buyer cannot or does not wish to attend the event are generally not permitted; however, the final decision depends on the specific circumstances. We recommend purchasing ticket insurance at the time of purchase. You can see the insurance terms here.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. We recommend presenting your ticket on your mobile phone. By not printing your ticket, you help promote a more environmentally friendly approach.
Can I exchange my e-ticket for a regular paper ticket?
No.
Can I reserve tickets?
Tickets can be reserved by writing to [email protected], indicating the desired event and the number of tickets. The maximum number of tickets that can be reserved is 8 tickets, unless stated otherwise.
Reservations are accepted no later than two weeks before the event date.
The deadline for receiving the reservation amount in the SIA Biļešu Serviss PLG bank account is five days from the date of reservation. After the invoice has been paid, the tickets will be sent to the specified e-mail address. If payment for the reserved tickets is not received within the specified time, the tickets will be released for public sale.
