Ticket Format
The ticket is made of specially designed thermal paper with integrated security features that protect it against counterfeiting. This type of ticket can be purchased at ticket sales outlets:
E-ticket
A ticket in PDF format that the purchaser can print immediately after completing the payment in the www.bilesuserviss.lv online store, or save and print later. If the purchase was made as a registered user, the e-ticket will be available in the user account under the “My Purchases” section. To open the document, the free computer program Adobe Reader (a PDF document reader) is required.
SmartTicket
I-Ticket, which has made our customers’ experience with tickets better, has got itself a little brother – SmartTicket!
We have made carrying tickets even easier by introducing a new version of tickets called SmartTicket, which can be used in the same way as airline tickets on smart devices. You only need an application that supports SmartTicket format. The Wallet application is automatically included in Apple devices. For Android users, we recommend Pass2U application. SmartTicket is sent to internet store customers along with ZebraTicket.
Thanks to SmartTicket, finding and opening tickets will become easier and faster. SmartTicketlets you easily share tickets with your friends and family. Additionally, a reminder will be sent to your smart device a few hours before, informing that your event is about to begin.
It is also easier to control SmartTicket since smartphone application automatically change the brightness of the screen and Biļešu Serviss PLG scanners and control application check SmartTicket without any issues. Therefore, you only need a full battery to use SmartTicket!
Ticket Service Fee
In the online store www.bilesuserviss.lv, a service fee of 4.5% is applied to each ticket purchased (VAT included). At ticket sales outlets, a ticket a service fee of 4.5% is applied to each ticket purchased (VAT included).
For certain events, an Agent’s fee may be applied. This fee may vary depending on the event, may be calculated as a percentage of the total ticket amount or as a fixed sum, and depends on the agreement with the specific event organizer.
For events taking place abroad, additional fees may apply depending on the venue and the general ticket sales market conditions in the respective country.
NB! In addition to the service fee for ticket purchases on www.bilesuserviss.lv, an extra fee may be applied depending on the selected ticket delivery method.
NB! In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an event, only the nominal value of the ticket will be refunded to the customer.
Payment Methods
Online banking payment. Payments can be made via the following online banks: AS “Citadele banka”, AS “Luminor Bank”, AS “SEB banka”, AS “Swedbank”.
Payment card. If payment is made with a debit or credit card from any bank, tickets can be collected up to and including the event day, but not earlier than the 5th working day after payment.
Bank transfer. This payment method is intended for corporate clients. To purchase tickets by bank transfer, please send a request to SIA “BIĻEŠU SERVISS PLG” at [email protected], indicating the event name, number of tickets, delivery method, and the company details.
Ticket Delivery
E-ticket by email – tickets purchased in the online store are sent to the specified email address.
Omniva parcel locker (within Latvia) – EUR 4.50€ (Price: 3.72€ + VAT 21% EUR 0.78€).
Delivery within Latvia – 8.54€ (Price: 7.06€ + VAT 21% EUR 1.48€).
Delivery to Lithuania, Estonia – 13.00€ (Price: EUR 10.74€ + VAT 21% EUR 2.26€).
Worldwide delivery – 77.00€ (Price: 63.64€ + VAT 21% 13.36€).
NB! Please note that once the ticket delivery method has been confirmed at the time of purchase, it cannot be changed after payment.
Other Services Related to Ticket Issuance While serving its customers, SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG” reserves the right to apply additional fees for provided services. Fees for the most commonly used services:
Ticket exchange – 2.42€ (2.00€ + VAT 21% 0.42€).
Invoice preparation for legal entities – 6.05€ (5.00€ + VAT 21% 1.05€).
Ticket reservation (per ticket) – a service fee of 4.5% is applied to each ticket purchased (VAT included).
