Mumiy Troll and Apocalyptica headline LMT Summer Sound 2015One of the greatest Finnish music bands Apocalyptica, Russian rock legends Mumiy Troll, Latvian party masters Musiqq, as well as Jānis Stībelis, Pienvedēja Piedzīvojumi, Astro’n’out together with DJ Rudd, and many more will perform in Liepaja, July 10th – 11th.
This year one of the most important names in the festival is going to be one of the Russian most popular rock bands - Mumiy Troll, who are coming to Latvia once again with their new album as well as their long-standing popular hits. Another important guest for LMT Summer Sound festival is Apocalyptica - the Finnish symphonic metal grandees and cello virtuoso, and they are coming to Latvia with a brand new album as well.
Local artists will be brightly represented in “LMT Summer Sound”. The greatest party will be provided by the care from the most successful band from Liepaja – Musiqq, who recently got an award for their hit “Sekundes” in Latvian “Zelta Mikrofons” awards ceremony. Singer Jānis Stībelis is visiting the festival with his new concert program. LMT Summer Sound will also host bands with notable festival experience in their past, such as Pienvedēja Piedzīvojumi and Astro’n’out in collaboration with DJ Rudd. You will also have the pleasure of hearing Age of Stones, Indygo, Momend, The Big Bluff, Flame & The Rolltones and Super Besse from Belarus.
Pretty soon the LMT Summer Sound festival line–up will be updated with other popular bands and musicians and some news about the festival territory and entertainment areas. This summer we are going to surprise our festival guests with 800 square meters of Red Bull's Thre3style dance arena - the biggest dance arena in the Baltic - together with famous DJs from Europe.
This year the festival announces a special day program in which everyone is invited to celebrate the “Sea festival” (Jūras svētki). The to for this day program is going to be free of charge. The program schedule will be announced soon.
The ticket fees after the first announced artists are going to be 28 EUR for entrance, 35 EUR for entrance + camping site, 70 EUR VIP ticket, 85 EUR VIP ticket + parking.
Tickets are available in all of Latvia in “Biļešu Serviss” box offices and on the internet.
The festival is presented by Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, taste is provided by Cēsu alus, supported by Liepāja City Council and Liepāja City Culture Department.
