Information required to use a Biļešu Serviss PLG Gift Card

Good to know

Biļešu Serviss PLG gift cards purchased at points of sale or online can be used to purchase tickets for events available through Biļešu Serviss PLG sales outlets and the online store. The validity period of a Biļešu Serviss PLG gift card is 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • if the value of the gift card(s) is less than the purchase amount, the remaining balance must be paid
  • if the value of the gift card(s) is equal to the purchase amount, no additional payment is required and the transaction is considered completed
  • if the value of the gift card(s) is greater than the purchase amount, no additional payment is required and the transaction is considered completed

NB! The unused portion of the gift card value is not refundable in cash.

Using a gift card in the Biļešu Serviss PLG online store

  1. Select the desired event.
  2. Select the desired sector, ticket type, and quantity, and add the tickets to the cart. See detailed instructions here.
  3. Select the ticket delivery method and enter your contact information.
  4. Add insurance, if desired.
  5. Select a payment method.
  6. In the field BIĻEŠU SERVISS PLG GIFT CARD, enter the gift card code (a 14-digit combination shown on the gift card) and click USE.
  • If you wish to use multiple gift cards in a single purchase, enter the next gift card code and click USE.
  • By clicking USE, the value of the gift card(s) will be deducted from the total ticket and delivery amount.
  • Review the purchase information, read and agree to the Biļešu Serviss online store terms and conditions, and click PAY.
