Tickets personalization
Official ticket-sellers will offer only tickets in form of an online purchase (no physical ones at the sales points) (see Where should I buy my “face value” tickets?).
In order to put a stop to the secondary ticketing market, re-selling and rip-offs, the tickets are sold personalized. Which means that name and surname of the ticket purchaser is printed on the tickets. While process of purchasing, please make sure your name is typed correctly.
At the time of admission to the concert, a name and surname printed on the ticket must correspond with the valid identity document to be presented (passport, ID card or driver's licence). Upon request, proof of booking (bank statement or payment receipt) must also be provided.

Since purchase for one person is limited to 4 tickets only (when buying tickets, each of your tickets will be personalized with your name), at the entrance to the show, your (maximum of three) accompaniments will receive access at the same time as the person providing the identity document.

Identity document
Any of the following ones with valid expiration date: passport, ID-card or driver’s licence.

What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value (see How much are the ‘’face value’’ tickets?) and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy tickets at face value.
In order to prevent these described actions, tickets are sold personalized (see Tickets personalization) and purchase for one person is limited to 4 tickets maximum. In case you can't / are not willing to attend the event anymore and would like to sell your ticket(s), please see I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

But we want to go as a bigger group / family?
One person is entitled to buy 4 personalized tickets. Your friends and / or relatives (if more than 3) should purchase tickets themselves.

Can I buy tickets as a gift?
Yes, you can. If you already know who will receive the gift, please personalize your ticket with his / her name.

What should I do if in the meantime I have changed my surname or / and name?
You should bring the new and old ID with you.

If I have 2, 3, or 4 tickets to the concert and my name and surname is on all of them, who will be admitted into the concert?
Any person can attend the concert with you. However, you must all go in together and at the ticket control you will be asked for your ID (see Identity document). The information on the ticket – name and surname – will be checked against the information on the ID document.

I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?
The organizer undertakes to consider the possibility of changing personal data on personalized tickets for an additional fee. At the same time, the Organizer reserves the right not to approve the change of personal data. For changing personal data on a ticket, please contact: info@bilesuserviss.lv

I bought tickets from someone and have noticed that they have the name and surname of someone else on them. Will I have any problems in getting into the concert?
Unfortunately, before entering into the concert area the information on the tickets – name and address – will be checked against the information on the ID document containing a photo.

I have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?
In case you have purchased your ticket through non-authorised ticketing platform (see Where should I buy my “face value” tickets?), we will give you an official refusal of entry letter and you can then attempt to claim a refund from the secondary ticket site you used. Please go back to the website concerned and refer to any promises or guarantees made at the time of the purchase.

Why should I not post a photo of my ticket on social media?
Each ticket contains information which may be used for the purposes of its illegal re-distribution. Your ticket may be copied and used by a third party, and consequently will be cancelled and you will be refused entry into the concert.

How early should I turn up?
Since the ID will be verified with purchaser's ID, please do not wait till the last moment as you may miss the concert. Try to be there close to the gate opening time. Gate opening and event start times will be published closer to the event day. Please stay tuned.
