Pasaules Čempionāts Ielu Vingrošanā un Kalistēnikā 2. diena

From 13 to 15 August, the Fantadroms exhibition venue will host the most impressive urban sports event of the year — the Calisthenics World Championship popularly known as street workout. The event is organised by the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation. For three days, Latvia will become the global epicentre of calisthenics, bringing together the strongest and most talented athletes from various countries. Spectators can expect adrenaline-filled performances, incredible displays of strength and agility, and an atmosphere that can only be experienced at a world-class championship.

The main goal of this large-scale event is to gather the world’s strongest and most talented calisthenics athletes in one place, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate their mastery, strength, endurance, and determination on an international stage. Over several days, athletes will compete in various disciplines on workout structures to prove that they deserve to carry the title of World Champion.

We invite everyone who wants to enjoy an unforgettable and breathtaking show to attend this event. Freestyle athletes will amaze the audience with impressive acrobatic elements, dynamic combinations, and strength moves that seem to defy the laws of physics. Meanwhile, athletes competing in strength and endurance disciplines will demonstrate the true potential and limits of the human body — both with bodyweight exercises and additional weights.

This will be an opportunity not only to watch world-class competitions but also to experience the true culture and atmosphere of calisthenics in person. During the event, sponsor activity zones will be open, free activities for children will be available, and there will be contests and other entertainment throughout the day, making it a great event for the whole family. Visitors will also have the chance to test their own strength in pull-ups, push-ups, and more advanced elements.

Information for Visitors
Children up to and including 7 years of age, pensioners, and persons with disabilities may enter the event free of charge. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks into the event venue. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site.
