When serving its customers, Biļešu Serviss PLG Ltd. reserves the right to apply additional fees for the services provided.

Ticket service fee

In the online store www.bilesuserviss.lv, a service fee of 4.5%  is applied to each ticket purchased (VAT included).

At physical points of sale, a ticket service fee of 4.5% is applied to each ticket purchased (VAT included).

For certain events, an Agent’s fee may be applied. This fee may vary depending on the event, may be calculated as a percentage of the ticket price or as a fixed amount, and depends on the agreement with the specific event organizer.

For events taking place abroad, additional fees may apply depending on the venue and the general ticketing market conditions in the respective country.

NB! In addition to the service fee for purchasing tickets on www.bilesuserviss.lv, an extra fee may be applied depending on the selected ticket delivery method.

NB! In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event, only the nominal value of the ticket will be refunded to the customer.

Fees for commonly used services:

Ticket exchange: €2.42 (€2.00 + VAT 21% €0.42)

Invoice preparation for legal entities: €6.05 (€5.00 + VAT 21% €1.05)

Ticket reservation (per ticket): a service fee of 4.5% is applied to purchased (VAT included).
