BILL BAILEY with his show QUALMPEDDLER in Riga

COMEDY LATVIA IS PROUD TO PRESENT MUSICAL EXTRAORDINAIR BILL BAILEY WITH HIS SHOW "QUALMPEDDLER"

Comedy Latvia, the group who brought Eddie Izzard and Dylan Moran and present Stand Up shows all around Latvia are proud to bring one of the best International comedians, Bill Bailey. Bill presents his usual mix of Stand Up and musical comedy, during the performance playing enough different instruments on stage for an entire band and mixing the show with hilarious sketches shown on his own big screen.

Also known for his character "Manny" on the TV show "Black Books" Bill Bailey is the best British comedy has to offer, an intelligent and witty comedian who makes you laugh to the very end and leaves you with a message and a smile on your face.

After performing sell out European shows in Helsinki, Tallinn and Malmö last year, Bill is on a full European tour, taking in Scandinavia, Belgium, Nederlands, Czech, Austria, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia!

Bill Bailey had doubts about the modern world, but these have now grown into qualms. He will be channeling these feelings of unease and apprehension with the help of religious dubstep, his folk bouzouki, horntallica, a re-appraisal of some of the world’s greatest works of art and perhaps a dub version of Downton Abbey. He looks at the consequences of lies, the unending search for the higgs and the hiding skills of dentists. Bill tries to confront his cluster-qualm of living in a time of spectacular ignorance and rare planetary alignment. Come savour this broth of anxiety with Bill Bailey, Qualmpeddler.

This show has the all classic Bill Bailey elements, trademark musical mash-ups, multi-lingual riffs, films, songs, philosophizing and silliness on a grand scale... Plus one amazing owl.
