Due to logistical changes, Matteo Bocelli's concert scheduled for October 9 at Xiaomi Arēna has been cancelled. Money for tickets bought on the website will be automatically refunded to the corresponding bank account. Customers who purchased tickets at the box office are kindly asked to fill in the ticket refund form by October 26. The organizers apologize for the inconvenience caused.

GeekFest is rescheduled to 5th of March

Dear customers!

Taking in consideration Omicron variant outbreak in Latvia, organizers have decided to take the following actions:

1. "GeekFest" is rescheduled to 5th of March;

2. All the previously purchased "GeekFest" tickets for 19th February are valid for 5th March and there is no need to change them.

3. If for any reason you cannot attend the event due to the new dates, you can get refund for the tickets by filling in the refund form https://www.bilesuserviss.lv/lat/forms/refund ;

4. In case you cannot visit the event due Covid illness we will refund your unused ticket within up to three weeks after the event.
