Money for tickets bought on the website will be automatically refunded to the corresponding bank account. Customers who purchased tickets at the box office are kindly asked to fill in the ticket refund form by October 26. The organizers apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, due to contradictions with the administration of the venue, the event K-Pop Party UniCon x Mute.riga 07.10.2023 is cancelled. All tickets purchased are fully refunded. As an alternative, another K-pop event will be organized in the UniCon Cafe premises in mid-October, where a welcome drink will be provided when showing a ticket to a canceled event.
